Phoenix Dancong

Phoenix Dancong tea, honored as a national geographical indication product, boasts a rich history of over 900 years. Each bush is cultivated independently, allowing for the unique "one tree, one fragrance" and "one tea, one flavor" characteristic. Harvesting adheres to strict rules: no picking during rain, before morning dew dries, or after sunset. Our cooperative maintains traditional methods, manually selecting leaves and using charcoal roasting, a technique that imparts a distinct smoky aroma and improves storability. This careful blend of nature's offerings and artisanal skill creates a tea of superior quality and distinctiveness.
